About these Terms of Use
T-Gaia Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby sets forth the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") regarding the operation of the Company's official social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Accounts)."
The Official Accounts are created by the Company and shall comply with the guidelines of each social media platform, as well as the Company's own social media guidelines, to ensure proper management and operation. Additionally, the Official Accounts are operated under the services of the social media platform provider for the purpose of communicating information about the Company's products and services. Please note that the social media websites are not part of the Company's website and are not under the Company's direct control.
Article 1: Purpose of Use
The Company shall use the Official Accounts for the purpose of communicating information to users (as defined in Article 4)
Article 2: Scope of Application of These Terms and Amendments
These Terms shall apply to the Company and users (as defined in Article 4) with regard to the provision and use of the Official Accounts.
The Company may amend these Terms without obtaining prior consent from users.
Article 3: Period of Use and Operation of Official Accounts
Users shall use the Official Accounts in accordance with these Terms and the terms of use of each social media platform.
The Company may amend or terminate the content of the Official Accounts without prior notice to users. Posts and comments made on the Official Accounts are considered public information and will be stored and recorded by the Company.
Article 4: Users
The term "users" refers to anyone who uses the Official Accounts operated by the Company, including those who view posts and photos (viewers) and those who post comments on posts (comment posters).
In addition, by using the Official Accounts, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 5: Access to Basic Information
The Company will access information that users have set to be publicly available on each social media platform, such as their names and profile photos. By continuing to use the Official Accounts, users are deemed to have agreed to the privacy policy outlined below.
Article 6: Prohibited Activities
The following activities related to the Official Accounts by users are prohibited. Posts and comments that constitute prohibited activities may be deleted without notice. Additionally, the accounts of users who commit prohibited activities may be blocked. In such cases, we will not notify the user.
- Any activity that interrupts the operation of the Official Accounts or any other activity that may interfere with their functioning
- Any activity that causes or may cause trouble, loss, or damage to other users, third parties, or the Company
- Any activity that infringes or may infringe upon the trademark rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of other users, third parties, or the Company
- Any activity prohibited by the terms of use of each social media platform
- Any activity that is contrary to or unrelated to the purpose of the Official Accounts
- Any activity that identifies an individual and discloses or leaks their personal information without their consent
- Any activity that defames or slanders a specific individual or organization, or damages their reputation or credibility
- Any activity that violates or may violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Any activity that involves or constitutes obscene expressions
- Any activity that leads to or may lead to criminal activity
- Political activities, election campaigning, religious activities, or similar activities
- Any activity that impersonates the Company or a third party
- Any other activity that the Company deems to be inappropriate
In addition, if the Company incurs any damage as a result of a user's activity, the Company may seek compensation for that damage from the user.
If a user causes damage to a third party by using the Official Accounts, the user shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense, without causing any trouble to the Company.
Article 7: Intellectual Property Rights
The copyrights and all other intellectual property rights for the information displayed on the Official Accounts (including, but not limited to, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, and know-how) belong to the Company, the copyright holder, other right holders, or the right holders stipulated in the terms of use of each social media platform.
With regard to content posted by a user on the Official Accounts, the user shall grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and perpetual right to use such content (including processing, excerpting, copying, publishing, translating, etc.). The user shall not exercise any intellectual property rights, including copyrights and moral rights of authorship over such content against the Company.
Users may not use any information provided through the Official Accounts beyond the scope of private use permitted by copyright law, without the permission of the rights holder.
If any issue arises between a user and a rights holder or a third party due to a violation of the provisions of this Article, the user shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any inconvenience to the Company.
Article 8: Disclaimer
Except for certain products and services offered to residents outside Japan, residents outside Japan may not use the products and services mentioned on the Official Accounts.
The information on the Company's Official Accounts is current as of the time of posting.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or validity of the information displayed on the Official Accounts.
In addition, the Company shall not be held responsible for any damage or issues incurred by users in relation to the information displayed on the Official Accounts, or any changes or updates to the display of that information. Furthermore, the Company shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or disadvantage arising from the use of the Official Accounts, regardless of the cause of the legal claim.
Depending on the user's browser type and other viewing environment, there may be instances where the linked page cannot be loaded properly, resulting in impaired viewing. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage or issues (including, but not limited to, loss of business profits, business interruption, and damage resulting from the loss of business information) caused by the user's inability to use the Official Accounts.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any information posted by third parties, such as comments on the Official Accounts; however, the third parties who post such information shall be held responsible. In addition, the information posted is not endorsed by the Company, and does not represent its views.
The information communicated by the Company and its employees through the Official Accounts does not necessarily represent the Company's official announcements or statements. For official announcements and statements from the Company, please refer to the Company's press releases and other communications.
Each social media platform is operated by an external company. The Company does not guarantee the functionality or security of these services.
The Company may not respond to all user comments or inquiries posted on its Official Accounts.
Additionally, please note that consultations regarding contracts and services, procedural inquiries, and questions about the Company's activities will not be handled through the Official Accounts. For inquiries, please refer to the "Inquiry" section below and contact the relevant department.

Article 9: Purpose of Use of Personal Information and Privacy Policy

Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event that any issue arises related to the use of the Official Accounts that cannot be resolved under these Terms, the Company and the user shall engage in good-faith discussions to resolve the issue. Furthermore, if any issue arises and cannot be resolved through good-faith discussions, and it becomes necessary to take legal action regarding the use of the Official Accounts, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
