Received "Platinum Kurumin Plus" Certification as an Excellent "Child Support Company" and "Infertility Treatment and Work Support Company"
In recognition of our high level of efforts as an excellent "childcare support company" as well as "company that supports employees balancing infertility treatment and work," we were certified as "Platinum Kurumin Plus" by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare in November 2023.
The "Kurumin" certificate, based on the "the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children", is granted by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to companies that have designed and reported a general operations plan and achieved the exemplary "Child Support Companies" standards.
The "Platinum Kurumin" certificate is given to companies that have made promising progress introducing and implementing work and family balance support programs.
In addition, the "Plus Kurumin" certification established in April 2022 recognizes companies that efficiently strive to create an environment that promotes balance between infertility treatment and work. In addition to achieving the targets set forth in the Action Plan, we were able to meet all of the prescribed criteria, including the certification criteria for "(Kurumin) Plus" and obtain the "Platinum Kurumin Plus" certification.

Received the highest rating for the women's empowerment promotion mark "Eruboshi"
As of September 2017, we were certified as "Eruboshi" by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare. The "Eruboshi" certificate is given to outstanding companies that have designed and reported an action plan and met certain standards, based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, which took effect in April 2016.
Fulfilling the criteria for five evaluative elements (①recruitment, ②continuous employment, ③working hours and styles, ④management rate, ⑤diverse career paths) and disclosing these results on the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare's website yearly are requirements for certification.
We were assessed and fully recognized for its endeavors in all items, receiving the highest level 3 rating of "Eruboshi".

Received "Gold" award for fourth consecutive year in the "PRIDE Index 2024," which evaluates LGBTQ+ initiatives
We were selected as a Gold prize winner (the highest level) under the PRIDE Index 2024, a program established by work with Pride, a general incorporated association, that evaluates initiatives related to LGBTQ+ and other sexual minority issues, for the fourth consecutive year.
Our company positions the promotion of Diversity & Inclusion as a key business strategy and has continued to work on these efforts. In October 2024, we upgraded the previous D&I Promotion Policy and announced the "DEIB Promotion Policy," declaring our goal to further deepen these efforts. In the "DEIB Promotion Policy," we clearly state: "Regardless of age, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, work style, or other factors, we will respect individuals with different opinions and values, maximizing each individual's abilities to create innovation." Additionally, on the "DEIB" page of this website, we proclaim that we are proactively addressing LGBT issues, among other initiatives, as we strive to establish an internal system that proactively embraces diverse sexual orientations and gender identities.
We will continue to actively promote DEIB within our human resources, thereby enhancing the quality of human capital management and creating the future for our customers with the "desire to connect." Received the highest "Best Workplace" recognition for the fourth consecutive year at the "D&I Award 2024", which evaluates efforts towards Diversity & Inclusion
Our initiatives concerning D&I were recognized, and in December 2024 we received the D&I Award for Best Workplace for Diversity & Inclusion (the highest level) for the fourth consecutive year.
The "D&I Award" is a system that scores companies committed to D&I on five evaluation indicators and awards recognition based on the level of commitment. We were able to meet the criteria for top rank recognition "Best Workplace for Diversity & Inclusion".

Certified as "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2024" - 6 Years in a row since 2019
We have been certified as a "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2024", an accolade that recognizes exemplary firms practicing exceptional health and productivity management, awarded by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi. The "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization" certification has been awarded for six consecutive years.
Our various efforts such as "mental health measures", "health guidance (interviews with an industrial health nurse)", "TG-Support Lounge", "efforts towards smoke-free/public smoking measures", etc., were recognized, earning us this acknowledgment.

Certified as a "Sports Yell Company 2024" Bronze
In January 2024, we were certified as a "Sports Yell Company 2024" Bronze-certified firm. After being certified for five consecutive years since the fiscal year 2020, we have been upgraded to "Bronze certification".
We are taking various steps including initiatives to "support sports activities", "provide employees with exercise opportunities", and "introduce standing desks".

Certified as a "Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Promotion Company" for the fiscal year 2023 (with a certification track record extending to five years since the fiscal year 2019)
In December 2023, the certification period for the "Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Promotion Company" was extended from the previous year, resulting in a cumulative certification period of five years for our company.
The prefecture of Tokyo recognizes companies that implement exceptional initiatives aimed at promoting employee sports activities and conduct support activities in the field of sports as "Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Promotion Companies".
We are committed to initiatives such as "Sport Activities Support", "Providing Exercise Opportunities for Employees", "Sponsorships for Sports Organizations", and "Support for Disabled Athlete Employees".
